Use the Non-Disclosure Agreement any time you feel you may want added protection for a screenplay, business plan, project, and so on. The person who signs this agreement with you promises not to reveal any of the important details.

The Co-Production Agreement allows you to formalize a co-production deal with another independent producer or production company.

Here's a Screenplay Submission Release for anyone who wishes to submit a screenplay to you or your production company.

Reproduction of these forms for your use is encouraged. However, you are prohibited from copying and disseminating these documents for mass distribution.

You can find more forms (and info on screenwriting) at the Done Deal website. For example, an Option Agreement.

Remember to have an entertainment attorney examine any contract or agreement before you start signing anything. Laws vary according to city, county, and state. It's a lot cheaper to get the correct documents taken care of before there are any legal problems.
