The Sundance Channel will consider unsolicited shows. Send a VHS copy of the completed motion picture, which they won't return, and an information packet on the project including (1) brief synopsis, (2) reviews (if you have any), (3) film festival history, (4) production notes, and (5) director/cast/crew backgrounds. Include your information such as your (1) name, (2) postal address, (3) telephone number, and (4) e-mail address. If they license your movie, you will need to supply and/or guarantee a master of the film in D1 or Digital Betacam formats. All rights and clearance to license the project for television.
